Working with not-For profits is always a rewarding experience. And our collaboration with The Australian Childhood Foundation was no exception. Being such a large organisation, our mission was to establish a cohesive Brand Narrative, Visual Identity, and Brand Experience across siloed departments (Fundraising / Education / Advocacy / Corp Partnerships / Ambassadors), while also driving understanding amongst the general population around the complex nature of ACF.

To achieve this, we developed a Communication Strategy which included an overarching brand positioning, supported by clearer divisional communication and marketing objectives. This was further reinforced by the development of key marketing messages per division and target; the redesign of brochures and corporate marketing assets to align with the overall brand positioning, while and articulating individual purpose; the planning of a 12-month tactical marketing plan to support pipeline initiatives; providing ongoing strategic advice on how to maximise their highly-engaged group of social media followers and advocates.
